Job summary

Crimson Global Academy is seeking an experienced online teacher for JH Intro to Languages to inspire middle school students worldwide through live, engaging language lessons. You will plan and deliver high-quality sessions, assess progress, and leverage CGA’s resources in a dynamic online classroom.

Requirements include 5+ years of middle school teaching, a Bachelor’s degree in Languages or related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of middle school (grades 6–8) teaching experience in a school setting.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Languages, Linguistics, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills for student, parent, and team interactions.
Familiarity with online teaching platforms and education technology.
Knowledge of US middle school curriculum and age-appropriate pedagogy.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality live lessons for a diverse international student group.
Use a range of teaching strategies and digital tools to create an interactive online classroom.
Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adapt instruction to improve outcomes.
Plan and communicate clear course schedules, contents, and assessment timelines.
Lead professional, interactive live sessions using CGA’s resources and technology.
Assign meaningful homework, design assessments, and give constructive feedback.
Develop high-quality educational materials, including tests and exams for CGA’s library.
Manage your Canvas classroom with organized assignments and assessments.
