• Oncology experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse Safety team in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety strategy and SMT activities for assigned compounds.
• Represent GPS on cross-functional teams (RSOC, IDMC, SPT).
• Ensure regulatory and safety document support across product lifecycle.
• Mentor junior safety scientists and improve SOPs.
