• Bachelor's degree in life sciences required; MBA preferred.
• 12–15 years in global and local commercial leadership in pharma.
• Strong Oncology expertise (GI/Lung) with US launch experience.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and matrix leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global lifecycle strategy for GI and Lung assets.
• Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical Program Management and global asset teams.
• Ensure launch readiness across indications and combinations.
• Represent commercial perspective in development programs.
• Develop asset ambition, value proposition, and brand plan.
• Drive market access, brand strategy, and business case development.
• Lead talent, coach team, manage performance.
• Communicate market drivers and best practices.
