Amgen is seeking an experienced Biostatistics Oncology Therapeutic Area Head to define enterprise-level strategy for the Oncology Biostatistics function. You will shape the data strategy, supervise senior statisticians, and act as the external face to regulators and scientific forums.

You will lead methodological innovations, drive talent development, and partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure robust statistical thinking across drug development from discovery to life-cycle management.

Qualificações

• Doctorate with at least 6 years in oncology biostatistics.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial statistics and regulatory science.
• Strong leadership and People management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define enterprise-level biostatistical strategy for Oncology TA.
• Represent Biostatistics at highest levels and interact with regulators and peers.
• Provide statistical oversight for study design, SAPs, CSRs, and regulatory documents.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with TA Heads and analytics teams.
