Job summary

Nscale is seeking a strategic Senior Vice President to establish and scale the OFCI procurement organization for its AI data center pipeline. You will lead a team responsible for sourcing MEP infrastructure, power and cooling systems, and long-term maintenance agreements across multiple regions.

The role requires deep experience in hyperscale construction, complex contract negotiations, and a track record of delivering multi-million-dollar supplier arrangements with a focus on cost efficiency

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Deep knowledge of AI data center MEP and OFCI delivery frameworks.
• Proven track record drafting and managing complex purchase and maintenance agreements.

Responsibilities

• Own the global vision, strategy, and operating model for OFCI procurement.
• Lead multi-location procurement teams across power, cooling, and related services.
• Negotiate long-term agreements with major OEMs and manage supplier risk.
• Develop KPIs, vendor scorecards, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics to ensure on-time delivery to construction sites.
• Coordinate with GC and contractors for handoff, commissioning, and warranty activation.
• Ensure Day 2 readiness with spare parts, maintenance terms, and vendor responsiveness.
