Job summary

Phase Change Solutions, Inc. seeks a senior leader to own two linked mandates: Global OEM Alliances and Business Execution. You will build OEM relationships and drive profitable growth, while installing operating rhythms and cross-functional alignment to accelerate execution and deliver on commitments.

You will lead stage gate processes, manage forecasting, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely, reliable delivery and scalable partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or technical field.
• 10–15 years of proven account management in B2B environments.
• Proven revenue generation as Leader of Strategic Account Management in Applied Materials or Specialty Chemicals.
• Experience with specialty chemicals is highly desired.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication and strategic account planning.
• Demonstrated success as a self-sufficient, tenacious collaborator in a growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing OEM partner relationships to expand PCS strategically and profitably.
• Identify, develop, lead negotiations for new OEM partnerships aligned to PCS upstream strategy.
• Develop revenue-generation strategies for key accounts and adjacent opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and translate insights into account plans and partnership strategy.
