Qualifications

• 12+ years in the Semiconductor industry with 6+ years as an NPI Program Manager.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows including development, production, package architectures and diverse package types.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across Design, Marketing, Systems & Applications, Validation, Product & Test Engineering, Firmware/Software, Supply Chain, Procurement, Packaging, and Quality for NPI releases.
• Manage end-to-end program planning, tracking, and execution from concept through market launch and ramp readiness.
• Ensure discipline, budget alignment and efficiency while standardizing processes globally.
• Lead capacity-expansion initiatives across manufacturing sites aligning Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Coordinate and conduct formal Project Gate reviews for alignment and readiness.
• Provide structured program updates to leadership with risks and actions.
