Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of clinical research experience as CRA/CL/PM, with ≥4 years in clinical monitoring.
• 4+ years of Clinical Oversight experience, including Neuroscience trials (MDD/epilepsy preferred).
• Provided guidance, mentoring and training for Clinical Leads on global studies/programs.
• Supported clinical staff as a Subject Matter Expert for processes, systems or tools.
• Expert presentation skills, including bid defense experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a leader driving global study/program clinical team engagement and efficiency.
• Oversee clinical team tracking, action items, protocol deviations, and communications reports.
• Contribute to protocol/study design reviews and documentation as applicable.
• Apply risk-based quality management and support adaptive risk monitoring setup.
• Identify data-related risks and help develop mitigation plans with sponsors and PMs.
• Ensure adequate resourcing of the project across its duration.
