Job summary

Datadog seeks a Manager of Networking & Audio Visual to lead global network services across Datadog offices. Hybrid role based in New York City with three days in office weekly and occasional travel.

You will manage teams, design and scale office networks (Wi‑Fi and edge devices), and set standards for secure, reliable infrastructure while collaborating with IT Security and Workplace teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading network engineering teams in a global enterprise.
• Proven ability to manage large office technology projects across 10+ offices.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across IT, Workplace, Security, and exec stakeholders.
• Preferrerd CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead global network engineering teams, managing full‑time staff and vendors for Datadog offices worldwide.
• Oversee design, deployment, and scaling of office network infrastructure (Wi‑Fi Meraki, edge devices).
• Define standards, policies, and processes for secure, reliable, scalable networking.
• Collaborate with IT Security, Enterprise Tech, Workplace teams to align services with business goals.
• Develop and track operational metrics for service availability and network performance.
