Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience; 10+ years in IT preferred.
• 3+ years in technical leadership overseeing distributed global teams.
• Proven track record leading SD-WAN transformations and SASE/ZTNA deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle and 24/7 performance of WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi, and GCP networking.
• Drive Network as Code and IaC initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and GitOps.
• Partner with manufacturing OT security teams to deploy secure shop-floor networks.
• Mentor a global team of network engineers and define SLAs, SLOs, and observability.
