Job summary

Well Done Chemical LLC in Houston, TX seeks an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, tax coordination, and administrative tasks. The role supports international operations across North and Latin America and requires 2–4 years of U.S. accounting experience and bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities include general ledger, reconciliations, A/R/A/P management, and preparing financial statements. On-site, full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of U.S.-based accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Oracle or SAP.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and inventory accounting.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and general ledger using QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and intercompany accounts.
• Manage A/R and A/P, invoicing and payments.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
• Coordinate tax filings (Texas Franchise Tax, Sales & Use Tax).
• Coordinate with external CPA firms for annual filings.
• Support multi-currency transactions and international operations.
