Qualifications

• BS/MS in sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8+ years of international mining impact assessment consulting.
• Proven track record of growing mining sector business and generating bookable sales.
• Established relationships with mining companies.
• Experience with World Bank financing and IRMA or similar standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth of ERM’s mining E&S impact assessment practice.
• Lead client engagement, business development, and technical delivery activities.
• Provide technical leadership on complex international mining and capital project assessments.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams.
• Collaborate across ERM to deliver innovative client solutions and expand market presence.
