Job summary

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a global footprint, providing program management, facilities engineering, and related technical services to DOD and other federal agencies. We are seeking a Metallurgy and Mineral Processing Expert to support the Global Critical Minerals project scoping services.

The role involves ore characterization, process design, recovery optimization, beneficiation, and plant performance assessment, with

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with international project experience preferred.
  • Strong reporting and communication skills.
  • Experience in critical minerals, mining infrastructure, Africa, Latin America, or Indo-Pacific assignments preferred.
  • This position requires U.S. Government contract eligibility, including citizenship or permanent resident status where required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and analysis
  • Support project scoping, assessments and reporting
  • Contribute to stakeholder consultations and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with international standards and best practices
  • Support proposal and project delivery activities.
