Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking motivated undergraduates for its Global Medical Affairs Summer Intern program in Horsham, PA. The 10-week, full-time internship (40 hours/week) runs June to August 2027 and provides hands-on exposure to medical strategy, evidence generation, publications, and medical education.

Interns will work with Global Medical Affairs teams across Oncology, Immunology, Neuroscience, Cardiopulmonary or cross-therapeutic areas, mentored by project leads, with

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in life sciences, biology, biostatistics, health policy, public health, health services research, or related fields.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited college and also will be enrolled in an accredited college for the Fall 2027 semester.
• Candidates must be available for 10 weeks over the 2027 summer for 40 hours per week.
• Candidates must demonstrate computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Candidates should have a Global mindset to grow in a fast-paced, diverse work environment.
