Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior professional to lead global Medical Affairs operations, overseeing programs, pilot initiatives, feasibility studies, and education campaigns. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing to ensure compliant, evidence-based activities.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs while driving continuous process improvements and data-driven results across multiple initiatives in a matrixed global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field is required.
• Master’s degree (MPH, MSN, MS) preferred.
• 5+ years in Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, or healthcare education.
• Experience with Real-World Evidence initiatives and feasibility studies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional, global programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Medical Affairs operations and oversee programs.

• Coordinate RWE initiatives and feasibility studies.
