Job summary

CTI is seeking a senior leader to head Global Medical Affairs and RSA teams, providing strategic direction with clear vision and purpose. You will develop and maintain department plans, drive revenue objectives, and ensure high-quality deliverables across clinical programs.

The role requires extensive regulatory and drug development experience, with responsibility for patient safety, ethical trial conduct, and collaboration with global teams and authorities.

Qualifications

• 15 years of pharmaceutical/CRO experience with progressive management responsibilities.
• Scientific, regulatory, clinical trial or drug development experience.
• Thorough knowledge of FDA and international health authorities’ regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Medical Affairs and RSA teams with vision and purpose.
• Develop and maintain department global business plans.
• Meet or exceed department sales and revenue objectives.
• Oversee SOPs, quality oversight of deliverables and medical monitoring plans.
• Ensure safety of patients and compliance with ethical standards in trials.
