Celestica International LP is seeking a senior SCM leader to develop and execute global supply chain strategy across Americas. You will shape policies, drive cross-site initiatives, and engage with customers and suppliers to optimize costs and performance.

The role requires extensive SCM experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support global operations and key programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering preferred.
• CPIM designation would be considered an asset.
• 10+ years of relevant supply chain experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements global SCM strategy and policies.
• Leads multi-site SCM initiatives and cost-reduction activities.
• Provides direction to multiple departments on process design and resources.
• Manages inventories across sites and coordinates with suppliers/customers.
• Drives cross-functional benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interacts with site GM, VP, and executives to align SCM objectives.
• Oversees compliance with ISO and internal controls across SCM.
• Travel up to 50% to support global operations.
