Job summary

FACI USA INC. is seeking a procurement professional to coordinate raw material sourcing, imports, and inventory control for our Wisconsin operations.

You will liaise with the Global Purchasing Manager to align quarterly material requirements with cost-effective sourcing and ensure RSPO certification is maintained. The role involves supporting Sales with pricing, managing packaging and consumables inventories, and ensuring accurate material records while collaborating with production and office

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a procurement position.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency required; experience with other business management software is a plus.
• Basic accounting / book-keeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Global Purchasing Manager to determine quarterly raw material requirements and cost-effective sourcing.
• Manage imports of raw materials and liaise with third-party providers for duties, customs, transportation, and storage.
