Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a seasoned Liquidity Methodology and Analytics leader to steer analytics and governance for senior liquidity decisions. You will partner with business, risk, and tech teams to apply regulatory insight and analytics to Markets and Treasury across the firm.

This role offers exposure to senior management and governance committees, with a focus on strategic liquidity frameworks, regulatory alignment, and cross-functional delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in Treasury, Risk, Markets, or related financial services roles with liquidity focus.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and liquidity risk concepts.
• Experience with liquidity risk modeling, stress testing, and regulatory frameworks (LCR, NSFR).
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, SQL, Excel, Tableau) and automation familiarity.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead liquidity analytics advancement for Markets and improve ILST capabilities.
• Translate evolving regulatory liquidity policies for CIB markets.
• Participate in industry groups to stay current on regulatory changes.
• Represent in supervisory engagements, defending stress methodologies and governance.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Liquidity Risk Tech, Treasury, LRM, QR, and product teams.
• Design and prototype scalable analytics tools for front-office and governance committees.
• Lead strategic initiatives and high-priority ad hoc workstreams with impact.
