Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of asset servicing and experience within a securities operations environment.
• Understanding of the transaction and trade lifecycle.
• Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing business and technology needs.
• Strong risk and control awareness with mitigating controls.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Exceptional problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
• Proficiency with data analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Process dividends, coupons, and corporate actions across multiple global markets.
• Liaise with front and middle offices, depositories, custodians, and counterparties.
• Produce daily management reports and perform reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions related to asset servicing events.
• Research claims and facilitate timely payments to counterparties and clients.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Understand and support trade flows including stock borrow, repo, and buy/sell.
• Maintain strong risk and control awareness and mitigations.
• Collaborate across teams and functions to meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Prioritize workloads and uphold quality in fast-paced environments.
• Leverage data analytics to support operational excellence.
