Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Senior Presidential Associate for Marketing as part of the CEO Global Presidential Program. This 24-month, four-rotation program targets Masters/MBA graduates with under five years of experience, offering mentorship, coaching and exposure to senior leadership across global brands.

The Marketing track provides hands-on experience in consumer, product and digital marketing, with opportunities to influence global strategy and brand calendars.

Qualifications

• Master's/MBA degree from an accredited program.
• Under five years full-time non-internship work experience.
• Relevant internship or work experience in marketing.
• Willingness to relocate to New York City.
• Global exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in four six-month rotations across marketing functions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in strengths-based coaching and development.
• Prepare for manager-level placement after completion.
