Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Global Marketing, Late Stage Nephrology & Immunology, to lead strategic execution across nephrology, rheumatology, dermatology and related areas.

This remote role partners with regional teams to drive the Global Asset Plan and global congress strategy while ensuring impactful, evidence-based messaging. The position requires strong collaboration, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic global matrix

Competenze

• 7 years of pharmaceutical marketing or commercial experience.
• Proven experience managing complex responsibilities across multiple projects.

Mansioni

• Congress Strategy & Execution—own global congress presence across major meetings.
• Lead annual congress planning and prioritization across multiple indications.
• Ensure scientific platforms, messaging and content are compelling and aligned with global strategy.
• Coordinate booth strategy, symposia, KOL engagement, and cross-regional coordination.
• Translate post-congress insights into actionable learnings.
• Content & Evidence Integration—drive implementation of global content and messaging.
• Maintain core claims documents and global positioning across assets.
• Enable cross-indication storytelling aligned with evolving evidence.
• Maintain global content repositories for accessibility and accuracy.
• Financial Management—manage late stage team budget and monthly reporting.
• Lead Commercial Assessment process and timely decision support.
