Cisco Systems, Inc. invites ambitious students to explore a Marketing internship in a hybrid setting. You will interact with Cisco's global marketing teams, work across campaigns, content, brand, sponsorships, and partners, and contribute to real projects.

You will gain hands-on experience in marketing foundations, mentorship from seasoned leaders, and opportunities to network during events and volunteering activities. This program aims to jump-start your career in tech marketing.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (Associate's or Bachelor's); or an educational or workforce development program (e.g., Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification).
• Qualifying education and work experience should be in Marketing, Business/International Business or a related field.
• Expected to continue enrollment in a degree or qualifying educational or workforce development program following completion of the internship.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing - volunteering, internship, coursework, or other relevant experiences

Responsibilities

• Identify business issues and collaborate with intern cohorts and Cisco leadership to create a project plan to solve them.
• Partner with an experienced mentor. Interact with Marketing leaders across areas such as campaigns, demand generation content, brand, product, sponsorships, partners, digital and social media, field marketing, events, operations and/or insights and analytics.
• Learn the foundations of marketing and use those skills to help jump-start your career.
• Participate in a cross-functional group project with fellow interns, culminating with a group readout live on Cisco TV
