Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing and communications leadership in high-growth, complex industries.
• Proven ability to translate technical innovations into compelling narratives.
• Experience in aerospace/electric aviation or clean energy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive integrated marketing and communications strategy.
• Lead brand identity, voice, and messaging across channels.
• Drive global awareness, media relations, digital, events, and campaigns.
• Support GTM initiatives for products and services in aerospace domains.
• Mentor teams, manage agencies/partners, and embed data-driven measurement.
