Responsibilities

• Define and author the overarching global communications strategy to align long-term enterprise goals with a public voice.
• Cultivate relationships with Tier-1 tech journalists and industry influencers to secure high-impact placements.
• Develop proactive response frameworks and risk-mitigation models to safeguard corporate reputation during events.
• Oversee the direction and performance of corporate digital and social channels to optimize multi-platform engagement.
• Establish advanced operational KPIs and attribution metrics to measure business impact and brand sentiment.
• Provide strategic counsel and tailored talking points to the C-suite for executive thought leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of communication specialists and content creators.
