Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering or technical instruction experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge of metals and plastics processes, including CNC machining and quality inspection.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a comprehensive training framework for onboarding and compliance.
• Develop hands-on training for machine operators and maintenance staff.
• Create and maintain training matrices and competency assessments.
