Job summary
Roku is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations in California to lead a senior program management team from NPI through sustaining. You will partner across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance, owning complex product initiatives and driving operational excellence on the factory floor.
The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, on-site presence in Asia for supplier collaboration, and 15–20% international travel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in operations, technical program management, or manufacturing leadership with product launch accountability.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, NPI validation, reliability testing, yield analysis, and supplier capacity planning.
- Willingness to travel internationally 15–20%.
Responsibilities
- Lead program planning and supplier execution for Roku’s product lines.
- Unify PM, Technical Operations, and Quality into a single operating model.
- Provide clear reporting on readiness, risks, and tradeoffs to executives.
- Oversight of on-site supplier collaboration and cost optimization initiatives.
- Drive post-launch performance tracking and continuous improvement.
