Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. in Chester, SC is seeking a Global Systems Administrator to design, implement, and optimize global core infrastructure and manufacturing IT systems.

You will ensure uptime, security, and performance across data centres, cloud platforms, and on‑premises environments. The role requires 3–10+ years in systems administration, hands‑on VMware ESXi, Windows Server, AD/M365, and hybrid/cloud experience, plus experience with manufacturing OT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–10+ years of systems administration or infrastructure experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or OT environments in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize servers, storage, virtualization, cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Support and enhance manufacturing computing systems and OT platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering and vendors to deploy infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure uptime, resiliency, security, and performance of manufacturing systems.
