Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Corporate Development to identify inorganic opportunities and drive end-to-end M&A initiatives. You will partner with the CEO, CFO, and strategy leaders to shape the portfolio and execute high-impact transactions across multiple regions.

The role requires 10+ years in corporate development with strong financial modeling, deal execution, and leadership capabilities, with MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate development and M&A at large public companies.
• Proven track record leading transactions end to end.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• MBA preferred; travel industry experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify inorganic opportunities to accelerate Expedia Group’s strategy.
• Prepare cross-functional business cases for executive discussions.
• Execute transactions, due diligence, and negotiate key terms.
• Partner with internal leaders for post-deal integration.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
