Job summary

Lutron Electronics Company, Inc is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to be a senior contributor to the Logistics and Supply Chain teams. You will own end-to-end movement of product across a global network, coordinating inbound, outbound, and intra-company flows while ensuring service and cost targets.

The ideal candidate brings deep global logistics experience, strong customer advocacy, and the ability to lead cross-functional solutions through ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in global logistics, international transportation, or related field; minimum GPA 3.00 if undergraduate years < 10.
• Demonstrated success managing end-to-end logistics for international shipments and senior customer-facing partner.
• Advanced knowledge of international trade compliance, customs, Incoterms, and cross-border risk.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to evaluate service, capacity, risk, and landed costs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across regions, cultures, and time zones.
• Excellent judgment, prioritization, and fast-paced environment handling.
• Advanced computer skills; ERP and TMS platforms, MS Office, Power BI, data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end logistics lifecycle for global product flows from order readiness to delivery and final closeout.
• Act as trusted logistics partner and escalation point for internal customers, regional teams, distributors, suppliers, carriers, and customs providers.
• Design and execute transportation solutions across ocean, air, parcel, truckload, LTL, and multimodal networks balancing service and cost.
• Lead shipment execution and exception management across time zones and disruptions.
• Provide proactive customer communication with clear updates, choices, and recovery plans.
• Own international trade and customs coordination for assigned flows with compliant documentation and broker alignment.
• Establish operating rhythms with global stakeholders and performance commitments.
• Lead continuous-improvement projects to improve on-time delivery and reduce logistics cost.
• Build and interpret logistics performance reports and translate findings into actions.
• Influence without authority and ensure commitments are followed to measurable results.
