Job summary

V2X is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support the Fort Benning CIIP with accurate receiving, storage, and shipment of OCIE. You will verify orders, prepare manifests, operate pallet jacks and banding equipment, and maintain inventory records in a warehouse environment.

The role requires physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds, working 40 hours on days, and complying with safety rules. Candidates should have at least one year of warehouse experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass standard background check.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have valid state driver’s license.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material from loading docks, trucks, and storage areas.
• Verify orders by comparing items and quantities to documents.
• Package and identify shipments with shipping information; load into vehicles.
• Prepare and maintain records of goods shipped, such as manifests and bills of lading.
• Verify incoming shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and manifests.
• Identify damaged goods and route appropriately within the installation.
• Manage inventory by counting and locating items.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, weight scales, and banding equipment.
• Work involves walking, standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and safety compliance.
