Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global logistics dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Manage freight spend analytics, billing, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Investigate and resolve freight billing exceptions and process gaps.
• Lead continuous improvement and automation to reduce manual work.
• Oversee third-party freight audit, billing, and payment vendors and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Transportation, and IT to enhance systems and reporting.
• Analyze transportation spend and carrier performance to drive cost optimization.
• Establish governance for invoice accuracy, forecasting reliability, and financial stewardship.
• Support cost-saving initiatives with analytics across the global network.
