Job summary

CAIRE seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to drive development, implementation, and improvement of inbound/outbound and domestic/global logistics. You will manipulate data to uncover cost and transit-time improvements, support global logistics governance, and contribute to cost-down projects.

The role requires experience in analytics, ERP systems, and strong Excel/Power BI/Tableau skills to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in a logistics-related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics or analytics experience.
• Demonstrated analytical and business process skills.
• Strong Excel and Power BI/Tableau experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manipulate data to identify improvements proactively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor initiatives against benchmark metrics and highlight opportunities.
• Participate in assessment, justification, implementation, and support of logistics projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document current processes and procedures.
• Develop standardized best-practice processes across regions.
• Serve as global point of contact for logistics areas.
• Support integration activities for future acquisitions.
• Provide timely responses to internal and external customers.
• Develop standard reports and KPIs for logistics networks.
• Perform data quality analysis and ensure data accuracy with providers.
• Document logistics procedures and implement process improvements.
• Develop and own rate databases and analyses.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify efficiency and savings opportunities.
• Work on global supply chain projects.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing to optimize delivery and inventory.
• Analyze supply chain data and generate KPI reports for senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce lead times and costs.
• Coordinate production schedules with demand forecasts across global plants.
