Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in shipping, receiving, or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with parcel carriers such as FedEx and UPS.
• Experience coordinating outside processing vendors and purchase orders.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and shipping software.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments daily.
• Package products per customer specs and company standards.
• Prepare shipping docs: packing lists, bills of lading, customs docs.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and ensure compliance.
• Schedule carrier pickups and local deliveries.
• Track shipments and communicate status to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory levels of shipping supplies; reorder as needed.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records in company systems.
