Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is required.
• 5 years' experience in a logistics role is required.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance is required; SCI is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support to coordinate property management, execute all material movement and shipping, disposition of excess government property, GSA vehicle maintenance, and assist in coordinating building maintenance and modifications.
• Disposition management: determine disposition methods of equipment, coordinate transportation support, and provide logistics plans for classified/unclassified projects.
• Manage GSA Fleet Vehicle inventory, schedule maintenance, & brief officials on accountability; draft related policy.
• Facilities maintenance: act as facilities representative for outside crews; monitor project status and site inspections for safety.
• Property Book: maintain PMO property records; coordinate with IT Logistics and Configuration Manager for IT equipment; track GFE.
• Material support: research data, process requisitions in Fed systems, monitor funds; draft purchase requests; act as on-site shipping/receiving agent; draft DD-1149.
• Travel across the continental US is required and estimated at ~20%.
