Job summary

Serco is seeking an International Logistics Analyst to support the U.S. DoD with logistics integration across allies and partner nations. The role may be remote from anywhere in the United States, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities include leading interagency groups, coordinating international forums, and providing logistics expertise and training to Security Cooperation Officers within a senior government team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree can substitute two years of experience.
• 15 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Technical knowledge of international logistic sustainment and depot operations.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales, Direct Commercial Sales, or Cooperative programs.
• Experience with project management and interfacing with senior DoD leadership.
• Ability to travel 25% as needed.
• Interpersonal skills for achieving consensus with stakeholders is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Review logistics assessments of U.S. international allies and partner nations.
• Review and assessment on issues relating to security assistance cases involving DoD provided equipment.
• Lead select interagency groups comprising DoD, DOS, DOC, and other federal agencies.
• Act as a key participant in decision-making bodies comprised of OSD staff and U.S. allies.
• Plan, schedule, and organize international forums and events.
• Participate in international working groups including ROK-U.S., DICAS, Ukraine Sustainment, and more.
• Assist in increasing capability and capacity of depot-level repair by partner nations.
• Provide logistics training oversight to Security Cooperation Officers.
• Speak at DoD sponsored International Logistics Seminars.
