Job summary

Dentons is seeking a Global Legal Project and Value Pricing Manager to oversee budgeting and service coordination across global client engagements. In this vital role, you will ensure effective financial performance management and act as a key financial partner. The position requires strong expertise in legal budgeting and project management.

Successful candidates will bring 5+ years of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency with AI and project management tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial management/pricing and legal project management experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or ALSP environment.
• Deep expertise in legal matter budgeting, AFAs, and outside counsel guideline compliance.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to senior client and firm leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget planning and monitoring for complex fee arrangements.
• Act as primary financial partner on budget planning and fee arrangements.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across time zones.
