Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Product Design, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years in UX/Product Design or related field.
• Experience designing customer-facing digital experiences across mobile and web.
• Strong collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
• Proven ability to develop personas, journeys, and design strategies.
• Experience establishing or evolving design systems and component libraries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX from discovery through delivery.
• Create and maintain personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks.
• Develop scalable design systems and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate designs into high-quality experiences.
• Conduct user research including usability testing and interviews.
