This role includes building a Centre of Excellence for Supplier Performance Management and involves significant enterprise leadership, strategic supplier engagement, and performance improvement insights.

The compensation for this position ranges from $131,750.00 to $155,000.00, depending on the candidate’s experience and location.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in global Procurement, Vendor Management, and Supplier Relationship Management.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role in SPRM.
• Experience managing supplier relationships at the executive tier.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive benchmarking of SPRM practices.
• Drive enterprise-wide change management for high stakeholder engagement.
• Create governance structure across business lines for SPRM.
