Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a detail‑oriented Associate Paralegal to support the Global Law Enforcement Response program and Litigation & Regulatory Legal team. You will manage subpoenas, warrants, court orders, preservation requests, and emergency disclosures, coordinating with Privacy, Information Security, Trust & Safety, and other cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent paralegal experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in paralegal, legal operations, litigation support, investigations, or comparable role.
• Experience handling subpoenas, court orders, governmental requests, investigations, or other formal legal processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, project-management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and sensitive information.
• Proficiency with legal technology, matter-management systems, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to collaborate across teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage global law enforcement and governmental requests from intake through resolution.
• Serve as primary operational contact for law enforcement agencies under Legal guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify, preserve, collect, and securely produce responsive information.
• Monitor deadlines, coordinate urgent and emergency requests, escalate complex matters to Legal counsel.
• Maintain records of requests, approvals, disclosures, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Provide operational support for litigation, regulatory, and investigative matters including document management and tracking.
