Job summary

Discover International is partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical client to appoint a Director of Regulatory Labeling Strategy. This high-visibility role shapes labeling for new products entering the US, EU, UK, and Swiss markets with ownership over strategic scope and execution.

You will lead Target Product Label development for early-phase assets, own CTD-based labeling content for MAAs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with regulatory labeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of CTD format and regulatory submissions.
• Ability to build consensus across cross-functional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Target Product Label development for early-phase assets.
• Shape labeling strategy across US, EU, UK, and ROW markets.
• Own labeling content and format for MAAs and related submissions.
• Represent labeling strategy to senior leadership and executive teams.
