Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Global Financial Crimes Senior KYC Advisory Officer to set and implement enterprise-wide KYC policy and program enhancements. The role partners with Legal, GFC Advisory, Operations, business stakeholders and Technology to ensure consistent KYC execution across regions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in AML/KYC advisory, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership. Location is Dallas, TX with in-person interviews required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AML or KYC advisory experience in large institutions or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of AML laws, rules and regulations, including sanctions and anti‑corruption.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
• Experience leading staff and coordinating across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, maintain, and advise on Global KYC Standards and regional guidance.
• Plan, coordinate, and track enterprise and regional KYC requirement implementations.
• Advise stakeholders on regulatory requirements and propose control enhancements.
• Coordinate with regional teams to implement KYC changes.
• Lead governance and oversight of the Firm's KYC Program and standards.
