Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Kinaxis Solution Architect Senior Manager to lead end-to-end Kinaxis-based supply chain transformations. This remote role focuses on architecture design, implementation leadership, and stakeholder management across multiple industries.

You will drive data modeling, integration architecture, and best practices while guiding teams through complex Kinaxis programs and ERP integrations. Strong leadership and consulting skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent (min 12 years) work experience.
  • Min 5 years experience in enterprise architecture with a focus on SCM.
  • Min 10 years experience in Supply Chain Planning and technology implementations.
  • Min 5 years hands-on Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse.
  • Min 5 years leading large-scale supply chain transformation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Kinaxis solution architecture across supply chain planning functions.
  • Design scalable solutions aligned with business objectives and transformation strategies.
  • Define data models, planning hierarchies, control frameworks, and integration architecture.
  • Establish technical standards, design principles, and implementation best practices.
  • Partner with client leadership to translate requirements into Kinaxis solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, process assessments, and solution blueprinting sessions.
  • Advise stakeholders on supply chain planning processes and best practices.
  • Drive executive-level discussions on transformation opportunities and roadmaps.
  • Lead Kinaxis implementation and enhancement projects throughout delivery lifecycle.
  • Oversee configuration, solution development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Provide guidance to consultants, developers, and project teams.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
  • Define integrations between Kinaxis and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
  • Collaborate on data governance and data quality initiatives.
  • Evaluate new Kinaxis capabilities and roadmap enhancements.
  • Identify automation and AI-driven planning opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement to optimize planning performance and user adoption.

As a Global Kinaxis Solution Architect, you will be a key member of our technology team, collaborating with leading experts to solve our clients’ most complex challenges across Consumer, Life Sciences, Energy, Industrial, and Retail industries. Your role will focus on driving large-scale supply chain transformations by leveraging Kinaxis Platform and industry best practices.

The Work:
Solution Architecture & Design
  • Lead end-to-end Kinaxis solution architecture across supply chain planning functions.
  • Design scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives and supply chain transformation strategies.
  • Define data models, planning hierarchies, control frameworks, and integration architecture.
  • Establish technical standards, design principles, and implementation best practices.
Business Consulting & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with client leadership and business process owners to understand requirements and translate them into Kinaxis solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, process assessments, and solution blueprinting sessions.
  • Advise stakeholders on supply chain planning processes and industry best practices.
  • Drive executive-level discussions regarding transformation opportunities and roadmap development.
Implementation Leadership
  • Lead Kinaxis implementation and enhancement projects throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Oversee configuration, solution development, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • Provide guidance to functional consultants, developers, and project teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
Integration & Data Management
  • Define integrations between Kinaxis and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and integration teams to ensure reliable and accurate data flows.
  • Support master data governance and data quality initiatives.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate new Kinaxis capabilities and roadmap enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven planning, and advanced analytics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning performance and user adoption.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, (or related field) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on supply chain management and advanced planning systems.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Supply Chain Technology implementations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience with Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large‑scale supply chain transformation programs and strong understanding of planning processes and supply chain operations.
