Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information systems, computer science, or related area.
• 3 years’ experience in public accounting, internal audit, IT audit, or related role supporting SOX/ITGCs.
• Experience supporting ITGC assessments, SOX audits, and control operating effectiveness reviews.
• Experience in PCAOB standards, SOX requirements, and IT general controls.

Responsibilities

• Support IT SOX scoping by assisting with system-level risk assessments and IT dependencies.
• Perform ITGC SOX assessments for new or changed systems to ensure compliance.
• Review IT control strategies and architecture for alignment with baseline controls and risks.
• Lead complex control design reviews, operating effectiveness assessments, and audit support activities.
• Oversee and review Senior Analysts’ work to ensure accuracy and adherence to IT SOX standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for Senior Analysts and stakeholders.
