Job summary

Carnival Cruise Lines is seeking a Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing, IT to execute sourcing events for IT sub-categories across brands. You will manage renewals, SOWs, and mid-size SaaS agreements, coordinating with Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and AI governance teams to ensure compliant procurement.

The role requires a bachelor's in IT/finance or related field, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and 5–7 years of sourcing experience in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or business/finance/supply chain.
• CPM or equivalent certification desirable (CIPS, CPSM, ITIL or SAM).
• Ability to build and maintain productive supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with bid comparisons and TCO models.
• Experience with sourcing events following a structured methodology.
• Proficiency with S2P and CLM tooling (GovernX, Coupa, SAP Ariba) and ServiceNow input.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing events for assigned IT sub-categories and support category strategy.
• Serve as day-to-day sourcing contact across brands and corporate areas, managing timelines.
• Negotiate renewals, SOWs, order forms, SaaS agreements; prepare redlines and negotiation packs.
• Prepare RFIs/RFPs, build bid comparisons and total-cost models; evaluate bids.
• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle and policy compliance across portfolio.
