• Experience managing MSPs, vendors, and cross-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Service Desk and deskside support.
• Define a scalable global IT service-delivery model.
• Own employee technology experience within Service Delivery.
• Establish ITSM discipline across incidents, changes, and knowledge.
• Lead major incidents with coordination across teams.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and HR to unify IT.
