Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Project Manager to oversee IT Supply Chain initiatives, starting with a WMS deployment in North America and Mexico and expanding globally. You will drive governance, schedules, risk, and budgets while coordinating across IT and business teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English. Multicultural environment; PMP and Agile certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in IT, supply chain, or related area.
• Experience with ERP/WMS implementations and integration platforms.
• Fluent English; French or Spanish may be preferred.
• Knowledge of IT systems used in supply chain (JDE, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Power BI, Plex, Shiptify).

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters and governance structures; facilitate steering committees and workshops.
• Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for projects.
• Manage dependencies, timelines, and risk across multiple projects.
• Coordinate delivery with IT Supply Chain teams, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Monitor budgets, resources and vendor/partner performance.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders; drive process improvements.
