Job summary

Fusion Consulting, a leading life sciences IT and business boutique, is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure and workplace technology projects in regulated pharma environments.

You will drive end-to-end IT migrations, site carve-outs, and M&A transitions while ensuring compliance, continuity, and quality across networks, servers, EUC, and Citrix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure and workplace technology project experience.
• Experience delivering projects in regulated pharma or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of M&A, carve-out, IT separation, site migrations, or infrastructure transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and workplace technology projects in regulated pharma environments.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and transition of IT services and infrastructure.
• Oversee site migrations, carve-outs, and IT separation during M&A programs.
• Manage networks, servers, EUC, mobile services, Citrix, and site services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to SOPs and DMS processes.
• Drive project governance, risks, budgets, and timelines.
