Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure and network management.
• Experience leading others in an Information Technology setting.
• Ability to understand complex regulatory and contractual requirements and create effective compliance systems.
• Knowledge of IT governance and IT audit.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and security for IT & OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and execution of all information security and IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Partner with Operations & Production to define roles for the OT environment.
• Ensure systems are patched, secured and compliant with GIS standards.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure technology roadmaps including cloud usage where applicable.
• Oversee incident response, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.
• Develop and test Disaster Recovery plans to meet service levels.
• Coordinate business continuity planning across units and services group.
• Lead complex projects and collaborate with vendors and PMO.
