Florida Crystals Corporation in West Palm Beach seeks a Global IT Finance Solution Owner to design and deliver SAP/finance solutions, coordinating with FP&A and Controlling teams. The role requires deep process knowledge, a strategic IT roadmap, and collaboration with Enterprise Architecture to optimize financial systems.

The candidate will drive high-impact initiatives, oversee SAP/non-SAP changes, and engage with external partners to realize business benefits through technology investments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience leading SAP finance/FP&A/controlling projects.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with Finance & Controlling functions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and non-SAP tech like HighRadius, Celonis, Anaplan.
• Knowledge of governance and best practices for project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Engage stakeholders on process and technology decisions aligned to global strategies.
• Develop the IT strategic roadmap for the process area.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives and timelines.
• Partner with business to develop project charters and business cases.
• Ensure solutions comply with Enterprise Architecture standards.
• Analyze requirements and perform cost/benefit analyses.
• Implement best practices to improve performance and value realization.
• Lead finance solution projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners to meet project and operational metrics.
• Oversee SAP and non-SAP changes and deployments.
• Participate in industry forums to apply emerging trends.
• Manage escalations with key suppliers.
